【緑光（Green glow）】
今夜は遅くまで呑み過ぎて、停車場の灯りは消え、蜥蜴車の最終便はとっくに行ってしまった。
今夜の宿がある隣の町まで、歩いて戻らないといけない。
町と町との間の道は、林道となっている。
酒場へ向かうときは、蜥蜴車の窓から見えた林は風に揺れ、夕暮れ前のまだ明るい光が木漏れ日となって眩しかった。
しかし今は、風は同じ様に吹いているが、葉の触れ合う音が不気味ささえ誘う。
そんなことを思いながら少し早足になって林の中程までやってきたとき、前方に何か仄かな緑色の光が見えた様な気がした。
光のことは気の所為と思いながら足を進めた。
林の木々が薄れてきて林道もそろそろ抜けるのかと思った頃、突然、女の人と擦れ違った。
手に持った明かりで照らされた空間以外は真っ暗で、近くに人がいるなんて気が付かなかった。
びっくりしたと同時に女の顔を目で追っていた。
向こうは真っ直ぐ前方を見たままこちらを気にもしていない。
後姿にもそのまま見入ってしまった。
結い上げた髪に目が惹かれた・・とその時、首筋を光が纏った。
仄かな緑の光が首を巻く様に。
さっき見えた光はこれだったのか。
光に目を奪われていると、緑の光が動いた・・何か生き物の様に。
動物が頭をこちらに向ける様に光が動いたのだ。
目を瞬き光にピントを合わせ直す・・とそこには白い首筋があるだけだ。
「あの・・・。」
思わず声を掛けてしまった。
が女は何も気づかない様にそのまま進んで行ってしまい暗闇の中に消えてしまった。
暫く立ち竦んでいたが、ゆっくり後ろに向き直り、ぼうっとしたまま歩き出した。
林を抜け月明かりの下、宿のある町への道を歩きながら、ふと気付く。
さっきの女、明かりを持っていなかった・・どうやってあの暗闇の道を歩いていたんだ。
緑の光が頭を離れないまま、宿の部屋の戸を開けた。
今日は眠れるだろうか・・・。

a slight green light was see in forward. I was feels like that.
I proceeded feet while I think that seeing no light.
When I thought that forest road was finish by became less trees of the forest, suddenly, I met with woman.
Other than the space that has been illuminated by hand light is darkmess, I did not realize that there are people in the vicinity.
I had followed the woman’s face in the eye at the same time surprised with.
Woman did not care about me while looking at the straight forward.
I had watched the woman Rear View.
My eyes were attracted to her hair, … at that time, light was wearing on the her neck.
Faint green light to wrap the neck.
